What a week looks like
Tuesday: you run the OAC meeting and forward the Teams recording when it ends. Wednesday morning: finished minutes arrive in your template, with every open item carried forward and anything the recording did not settle marked as a question rather than guessed at. Thursday: you issue them under your own name.
Between meetings, the same applies to the documents nobody has a spare week for: project records, requests for proposal drawn from the drawings, contractor shortlists, and five-year capital renewal schedules for owners with more buildings than staff.

- Boston, the South Shore and Cape Cod, and the rest of the state where the work suits. Because the service runs on recordings rather than site visits, there is no travel charge and no difference in turnaround between a project in Quincy and one in Falmouth.
- Do you attend meetings in person?
- No. You run the meeting as you always have and forward the recording afterwards. That keeps the cost low and keeps your firm as the only party your client, contractor and design team ever deal with.
- What are your hours?
- Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern. A Tuesday afternoon meeting comes back Wednesday morning, which is usually well before the next committee packet goes out.
